want to peak at the harry potter epilogue? (I’ll admit it, I did)

The scene Harry Potter fans have been dreading!

The Epilogue scene (set 19 years after the ending of the story) from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was filmed Monday at King’s Cross station in London.  Check it out if you want mild teasers.  Harry was a much cuter kid than adult.  By the way, he’s made up to look middle aged …not in his 30s.  Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson were escorted to set with bags over their heads to avoid being seen, but some lucky muggle caught a glimpse of Radcliffe filming with his “kids” and “wife” Bonnie Wright.

creeeeeeeepy

People buy these things as high priced “collectible” items.  People pay a lot of money to collect these …things.  They aren’t creepy toys, they’re creepy collectibles.  It says so on the site.  I came across this site when I was looking for a Buffy (the vampire slayer) blow up doll.  Don’t ask, long story, that’s not the point.  ANYWAY, it took me to the page I sited above.  It’s basically selling this doll (no, not blowup OR Buffy) I gather her name is “Delilah” and she can be dressed in various skanky “goth” outfits.  Heck, in some photos they get even more elaborate …there are various jungle cat looks, yes, she can literally be made up to look like something out of the musical Cats.  There is a ferret on a leash you can buy her alone with a pink hoodie complete with animal ears!  I gather that’s the Harajuku model?  Above is the basic model you can purchase …free of all the …ah …frills.  It’s for the dork who wants to dress and put makeup on themselves …extra customizable.

She’s basically a really screwy disowned cousin to the American Dolls collection.  Or maybe she’s an alien concept rejected from a Spielberg project if you prefer the less scary theory.  It’s a disturbing-in-a-fun-way site to flip through, check it out!

beauty tip

I have a hard time understanding why there aren’t more people singing this product’s name from the rooftops.  It’s one of my favorite things I use in my daily regiment.  I am talking about Neutrogena’s Healthy Defense Daily moisturizer.  It comes with an SPF 30 and has the option of light tint and non tinted.  I always go with light tint.  It’s one of the reasons I love it so much.  It’s hard to find a tinted moisturizer (which generally comes in a one color fits all shade…we all know that’s a pretty tough feat to accomplish, the outcome usually ends up being “orange”).  This shade really does give me a nice natural looking glow.  I skip any other foundation and I get my sun protection.  Oh, and it’s not too oily either!  I’ve been using it for years now and have yet to see it pop up on any favorite beauty lists.  Sure, those things are rigged like any other awards show, but still!  It’s such a great product, how can it not be boasted over?!  The very best part?  Like most things from Neutrogena, it delivers above and beyond and costs around ten bucks.  Do it.

eddie murphy has too many mouths to feed…wants to make another klump movie…

May 24th, 2010

Ten years after the sequel, Eddie Murphy is attempting to strap on his Sherman Klump fat suit for another Nutty Professor movie.  It just depends if the studio will let him make it! Unfortunately, he’s already written a third draft.

“You know what, there might be another Nutty Professor,” said Eddie. “We kind of wrote something that might be kind of funny. If the studios want to do it, we’ll do it. If you don’t see it, the studio was like, ‘This isn’t funny.’”  It probably won’t be funny.  But that has never stopped a studio before.  This isn’t terribly shocking, he made another Shrek.  The guy needs to stop having litters upon litters of kids to support is what he needs to do.  Perhaps it’ll give him some of his “artistic integrity” back.  Aw heck, if another Klump movie doesn’t work out, there’s always another Doctor Dolittle.  That was a joke Eddie, don’t do that.
